AERON Trefoil Clamps/ Cable Cleats are basically used for spreading solo core cables in Trefoil touching pattern that helps in maintaining magnetic symmetry thus without any electromagnetic heating and current loss.

AERON Trefoil clamps are fabricated employing molding procedure from Virgin Glass Filled substances. Glass filled materials are employed to enhance the elasticity of the clamp and to shun the breaking down of the clamps from the hook during the tightening process of three single core cables.

Application

Trefoil clamps are taken into use for the high voltage single core or for the cables of larger sizes where the rating of current is high & where the 3 core cables are not accessible.

FRP trefoil clamps are appropriate for partisan single core HDE, PVC, XLPE, XLPE insulated aluminum, earth and un-earth, un- armored, power cables from 1.1 kilo watts to 132 kilo watts grade. 3 phased AC circuits are used trefoil development in sub-stations, generation stations, thermal power stations, industrial installation, switchgear plants, straight and terminal kits through jointing kits etc. These are also used for outdoor or indoor and for horizontal or vertical moving cables interior of trenches or on galleries/ racks.
